The hydraulic oscillator mainly utilizes the power function of pulsating water flow to generate lateral and axial vibration of the lower drilling tool at the bottom of the well, which can effectively improve drilling speed and reduce drilling tool jamming.

Characteristic

1. Hydraulic oscillators are divided into lateral and axial oscillators, which generate lateral and axial vibrations through hydraulic pulses.

2. Lateral vibration causes the drilling tool to detach from the lower edge of the wellbore, avoiding sticking caused by the drilling tool sticking tightly to the wellbore. At the same time, it reduces the frictional resistance between the drilling tool and the wellbore, improves the pressurization effect, and increases the drilling speed.

3. The axial vibrator is located at the upper part of the lateral vibrator, which drives the lower drilling tool forward through axial vibration, while causing the drill bit to impact the bottom of the well, increasing the rock breaking effect of the drill bit and improving drilling speed.
